I am Dr. Freddy Cascante, a medical doctor specialising in aesthetic medicine, regenerative medicine, hair medicine and medical laser.
I believe in an aesthetic medicine grounded in an understanding of the patient, medical judgement and naturalness. Before recommending any treatment, I consider it essential to understand what each person needs and to build a strategy adapted to their goals and their evolution.
How I understand aesthetic medicine
Aesthetic medicine is not only about performing procedures. It is about understanding each patient, assessing their needs and recommending what can genuinely add value.
I believe the best treatment is not always the most complex or the newest. It is the one that makes sense for that person, at that moment, with their own goals in mind.
That is why every assessment begins with a conversation, a medical examination and a personalised recommendation.

A career built on clinical practice and continuous training
Today I practise in Barcelona, focused on aesthetic medicine, regenerative medicine, medical laser and hair medicine.
I combine patient care with constant training, convinced that keeping up to date is part of the responsibility of any doctor who wants to offer safe treatments grounded in the best available evidence.
Continuous training is also part of the treatment
Aesthetic medicine evolves constantly. Every year new techniques, products and scientific evidence emerge that help deliver more precise, safer treatments.
Continuous training is not an add-on to my work — it is an essential part of it. Attending international congresses, taking part in anatomy labs and exchanging knowledge with specialists from different countries lets me incorporate what genuinely adds value for my patients.
Offering up-to-date medicine is also a way of caring for those who put their trust in me.
