2. What data we process and why

We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form, WhatsApp, email or the booking system, together with the technical browsing data described in the cookie policy.

• Identification and contact data (name, phone, email) to answer your request and manage your appointment.
• Any information you share about your reason for consultation, to guide the medical assessment.
• Browsing data for statistical purposes, only with your consent.

3. Legal basis

• Your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Pre-contractual measures or the care relationship you request.
• Compliance with legal obligations applicable to healthcare.

4. Appointment booking

Online booking is handled through Doctoralia (DocPlanner Group). When you use the calendar, your data is also processed by that provider under its own privacy policy, which we recommend you review before booking.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where a care relationship exists, for the periods required by healthcare regulations. It is then securely deleted.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Certain providers (web hosting, analytics, booking system) access the data as Data Processors, under the contractual safeguards required by the GDPR.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to freddy@drcascante.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version will always be published on this page.
