Regeneration of the dermal structure at every level. Deep collagen stimulation integrating the most advanced inducers and regenerative medicine.
Request an appointmentRegenerative medicine covers techniques that work with your own biology to improve skin quality: biostimulators that activate collagen production, polynucleotides that act on cellular repair, exosomes and growth factors. They do not add volume: they improve tissue quality from within.
It makes sense when what has changed in your skin is quality, not shape: loss of firmness, dull texture, reduced elasticity, decreased overall density. Also in preventive phases — younger skin that starts to lose density and wants to maintain the ground before needing restoration.
It does not make sense if you are looking for an immediate change or a volume boost: that is not its role. Inducers need time — weeks and months — for your own body to build what it will build. Confusing biostimulation with filler is the first source of disappointment.
Before indicating a biostimulator I study what type of loss your skin has: superficial dermal, deep dermal, support tissue. Not all inducers act at the same level — Sculptra, Radiesse, Profhilo, polynucleotides, biostimulating threads — and choosing the right one for the layer you need is the most important part of the plan.
I work in staged protocols. Regeneration is cumulative: one session contributes, two multiply, and consistency over time is what consolidates the result. That is why I always propose a plan of months, not a single session — with follow-up that lets me see the real response and adjust.
The first visit is an assessment. I analyse the skin — its quality, elasticity, density and texture — and propose a specific protocol based on the findings. I explain which inducer makes sense, how many sessions, at what intervals and what to expect at each stage.
If we decide to move forward, the session takes place in the practice and usually lasts 30 to 45 minutes depending on the technique. I apply topical anaesthesia when appropriate. Post-treatment discomfort is mild — some sensitivity, occasional inflammation lasting hours — and most patients return to normal life the following day.
The effect of a biostimulator is progressive. First clinical signs appear between 4 and 8 weeks; the result consolidates at 3–4 months and keeps building for additional months. It is an invisible process at first and visible in the end — very different from an immediate filler.
How long results last depends on the inducer: Sculptra and Radiesse can maintain effect for 18–24 months; Profhilo and polynucleotides require more closely-spaced sessions to consolidate. Periodic maintenance — usually one or two sessions a year — is what preserves the result without over-treating.
I do not propose biostimulation when you are looking for immediate change: that is not its function. Nor when the loss is purely structural — a marked descent of tissue — and what is needed is volumetric restoration first, and biostimulation second.
Nor when active medical contraindications are present — autoimmune disease flares, infection in the area, pregnancy or breastfeeding — or when you have received recent inducers whose result is still building. Layering stimuli without giving them time to work is the most efficient way to turn a good plan into a bad one.
First clinical signs appear between 4 and 8 weeks after the first session. The result consolidates at 3–4 months and continues to build over additional months. Regenerative medicine is a process invisible at first and visible in the end.
Hyaluronic acid adds volume from the first moment. Biostimulators do not add volume: they stimulate your own tissue to produce collagen and regenerate density. Different objectives — often combined in the same plan.
It depends on the inducer and the starting point. A typical protocol runs 2 to 4 initial sessions spread over weeks or months, plus periodic maintenance afterwards. I set the specific plan at the assessment based on your skin.
The authorised inducers I work with have a very broad safety profile when applied with anatomical judgement and in the correct layer. The main risk factor is the technique, not the product — and that depends on the prior medical assessment.
Stimulation of your own collagen to improve skin quality, firmness and density over the medium term.
Cellular regeneration and improved skin elasticity via purified DNA fragments.
Deep hydration and luminosity with microinjections of active ingredients, session by session.
Book your medical assessment and we will discuss together whether this treatment makes sense for you — or whether another option is a better fit for your case.
